What are L1, L2, L3 questions?
Some HubSpot questions are harder to answer than others. To help you choose what level of support you need we've given categories that indicate the types of questions and answers that available at each level.
L1 - Basic support questions that require novice understanding of HubSpot and no understanding of your business. Can be resolved over chat.
L2 - Intermediate questions that require intermediate understanding of HubSpot and basic understanding of your business. Can be resolved over chat.
L3 - Advanced questions that require advanced understanding of HubSpot, advanced understanding of your business and potentially live conversations to resolve.
What are "Learning Modules"?
Learning Modules are how we help translate your business goals into HubSpot.
For example, you say want to set up a Custom MQL Scoring Model or Develop a Sales to Customer Success Handoff. These are common business goals that we've built out at multiple companies.

What happens after I enroll?
After enrolling, you will be sent an email containing next steps.
This email contains the course syllabus, start dates & times, a link to join our Slack Community.
You'll also be sent a link to an assessment that will help us gauge your current skill level with HubSpot.
Lastly you'll be invited to an optional event held over Zoom where you can meet the instructor and some of your fellow students!
A calendar invite will be sent with the details to join each class session.
What does it mean to be a HubSpot Maestro?
HubSpot Maestros represent the top 10% of HubSpot users worldwide. They are people who are committed to professional growth and who enjoy learning new things.
How is this different than HubSpot Academy?
We love HubSpot Academy. We are built for people who to prefer to have a choice between live and on-demand learning.
Most people find that the guided learning of working directly with an instructor and the accountability of the group helps them learn better than trying to figure everything out themselves.
All Master The Flywheel Instructors have worked as a HubSpot Partner employee. Often, HubSpot Academy instructors are product experts who know how the product is designed to work but lack real world experience in helping clients implement and apply the products.
The best way to think about it is would you rather learn from the professor who is an expert researcher OR a professor that has spent years working in the field?
Sticking with the university metaphor. HubSpot Academy is the giant Lecture Hall. Master The Flywheel is the intimate discussion and application group. Both serve their respective purposes.
Again, we love HubSpot Academy and assign many of their learning modules as homework in our training program.
What is the Slack community?
